Jamstreet Farm is a unique destination in the Little Karoo. The brightest little gems are not always found on the well-trodden routes. Sometimes one has to take a detour and taking this 4 km detour just outside Oudtshoorn in the Rooiheuwel area on the road to the Kamanassie Dam might just be worth your while. You will be pleasantly surprised by the creativity that awaits you with unexpected surprises round every corner. Owners Danie du Plessis and Wim Rheeder bought the farm in 2006 and slowly transformed it from a relic of a bygone era into a unique working farm, art and tourism experience. The Jamstreet Farm has been voted 1 of 50 destinations to visit in South Africa, Mango Airlines: In-flight magazine, 2012.
Note: The Jamstreet Farm is open to the public only every first and third Saturday of a month from 09:00 - 13:00, or by appointment only (082 5100 516)
